Consumer Intelligence is an independent research agency that specialises in providing customer and competitor insight, gathering critical information on pricing, service and customer behaviour.The core business is price testing, analysing and benchmarking in the financial services sector with the addition of monitoring and benchmarking brands’ telephone service.As an Account Director I was positioned to inform clients how our products can form a useful toolkit within their businesses. I offered full training and ongoing support to enable pricing, product and marketing teams to draw out key insights from the data provided.

Temporary Contract which involved extrapolating data from check weigher reports and identifying product trends for optimising production methods and techniques. Day to day it meant liaising with Goods in, Technical, Planning and Dispatch departments in a role thats scope was only limited by my ideas and ability to get buy in from senior management.A departure from my core career path as it is located in close proximity to my home to enable me time to project manage a house renovation.

Account management of clients circa £5-10k across the Bristol and Gloucester book area. Selling across a portfolio of products that included: Yellow Pages, Yell.com, 118 247 &Google Adwords.I was the first person to be taken on from outside Yell at the Account Executive level, as prior to this they only ever promoted internally from Field Sales. This achievement is key indication of how my skills set stands out from the crowd and why I believe why in the right environment I have the potential flourish.

As part of the International corporate team the role involved building strong relationships with CCO’s business units as well as with clients, agencies and specialists. I was relied upon as a central hub of information whether that be creating sales presentations, answering enquiries from our local teams or updating marketing materials. My remit spanned all international business units so I play a central comms role when the business looked to leverage its global expertise.
