Providing one on one therapeutic counseling for youth, children, and adults. Client survey responses indicate significant successful outcomes. There was 60% of clients respond anxiety levels have reduced and for the youth clients an equal number report improved academic performance. There was 70 % of clients report sleeping and eating better. There was a 85 % of clients reported feeling more hopeful about their lives. My counseling attendance record is at 99%, with only a 1% no show rate. The high participation rate and low no show rate is resulting in increased revenue for North County Counseling office

Provided consultation services to the Executive Director to enhance the organization’s volunteer program for low-income voucher families and their children. The re-tooling of the program resulted in continued funding by the Dallas Foundation.

Greater St. Louis Area

Led transformational statewide policy change with the Missouri Division of Workforce Development on summer employment for high risk, low employment youth and redesigned the program model into a year-round work and workforce readiness program. Negotiated a state-wide programmatic higher wage to increase recruitment and retention success, and built the redesign on the theory of summer employment as the foundation to reducing the worker shortage in the region and as an essential ingredient to improved family stabilization by increasing overall family income.Reconstructed the county-wide Workforce Development Board, by recruiting new members with the programmatic and the political experience and standing to quickly rise to Board leadership which produced a more active, engaged team. In less than 2 years the Board was recognized by the county executive leadership for better oversight and accountability for its $10M+ budget. Re-tooled an outdated apprenticeship model, customized the model to include programming in areas of high demand skilled jobs in healthcare and STEM programs resulting in the first ever partnership with the largest employer in the region the development of a Medical Assistant apprenticeship program for that health care delivery system. Designed and oversaw implementation of a tracking system for jobseekers from training programs to employment, which improved the identification and resolution of barriers to successful training completion, resulting in a 75% increase in program completions and a 96% employment placement rate with a 12–month employment retention rate. Realigned the organizational operations structure in the Workforce Division by streamlining roles and responsibilities, resulting in increased productivity, efficiency and job clarity.

Developed and implemented a new employee “on-boarding” process to improve staff, reducing the costly 70% turnover rate the agency previously experienced by achieving a 100% retention rate of new employees hired in the first and two subsequent years after instituting the program. Created the clinical staffing structure to improve client care, and increase staff productivity, resulting in onsite, mental health crisis situations decreasing by 45% after one year. Created the first ever management development tracking system for new supervisors to ensure they were equipped to follow the care of clients by their subordinates.Coached Supervisors in meeting facilitation, clinical staffing, effective time management, prioritization, resulting in more time dedicated to client services and less time spent on administrative duties. Led the city-wide drug and alcohol collaboration with outside vendors, resulting in the creation of a community wide drug and alcohol resource manual.
