• Technically review and underwrite strata risks per Hutch risk appetite, underwriting guidelines and statutory legislation• Nurturing broker relationships through stellar service and problem-solving• Involvement in automation development• Assisting the Underwriting manager with portfolio analysis• Provide insights on the strata market, service & underwriting improvements• Deliver our customer experience promise to our brokers

* Execute face to face and telephone sales strategies to both on, and off, premise accounts.* Selling in of consumer retail programmes and promotions.* Formulation of pricing and deals in line with Red Island margin requirements.

* Develop and implement the Event Sales Department’s annual business plan in conjunction with Manager.* Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue for exhibitions, conferences, special events and banquets.* Manage budgets by preparing annual budget estimates, monitoring revenue and expenditure, and preparing fortnightly forecast reports.* Aid in the development of competitive product offerings, including recommendations for product styling, quality and pricing structures. * Manage and coordinate advertising activities including briefing creative agencies, coordination of trade shows, telemarketing and direct mail campaigns.*Prepare innovative client proposals and coordinate the process from sales ‘pitch’ to closure with an emphasis on upselling and increasing sales activity.* Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients by ongoing follow up and servicing of client needs.*Ensure ongoing relationship building and account management of existing client portfolio to maintain repeat business.* Network with industry associations and the business sector to increase awareness of ATC’s exhibition and event facilities.* Compile, develop and maintain a database of corporate contacts and industry participants.* Prepare a range of documents for clients relating to an event booking including quotations, confirmation letters, payment requests, contracts and OH&S documentation.*Collate all event details and produce Event Plans for Event Mangers to execute on events.

* Management of the Carnival Australia media schedule – trade and consumer, as well as management of the media spend forecast and budget.* Scheduling and booking of all above line media across the Carnival Australia brand portfolio as well as the implementation of trade and consumer competitions.* Development, copy writing and proofing of press advertisements, marketing collateral and direct communication pieces.* Co-ordination of on board photo and film shoots for both marketing and information purposes.* Development and ongoing management of the Carnival Australia image and moving footage library.* Co-ordination of on board special events and hosting of ship tours.* Project coordinator for the implementation of Oracle purchasing system within the marketing department.

* Prepare innovative client proposals and coordinate the process from sales ‘pitch’ to closure with an emphasis on upselling and increasing sales activity.* Conduction of venue site inspections, appointments and presentations.* Preparation of a range of documents for clients relating to an event booking including quotations, confirmation letters, payment requests, contracts and OH&S documentation.*Preparation of event budgets.*Development of packages and pricing structures for sponsorship opportunities, event clients and corporate hospitality.*Coordination and processing of all ticketing and accreditation requirements for sponsors, events and corporate hospitality.*Management of sponsor relationships to ensure client needs are met, and exceeded, and ongoing support is achieved.*Hosting and entertaining of sponsors and clients at corporate hospitality events.*Management of events including the co-ordination of all food, beverage, and staffing requirements.
