Facilitated process for receiving and ingesting new content and metadata from partners, which included: FTP setup, deliver, XML mapping, copyright verification, monitoring encoding and processing workflow for Myspace bitrate and codec standards for desktop and mobile streaming, deploying to CDN and edge servers (Akamai and Edgecast), storage and archiving of source content, ensuring license enforcement through territory and mobile restrictions, and exposing new media to web producers. Onboarded audio and video catalogs for over 20 new partners to Myspace platform.• Triaged and independently resolved reported issues using the proprietary MySpace Music SQL-based content management tools (metadata, rights management, media processing status, errors logs), reducing need for engineering resources.• Spearheaded and managed high-impact projects and processes such as new tool features, new content delivery standards, and more frequent data clean-ups. Two-thirds of affected distributors were migrated to new DDEX standard XML. Provided visibility into ingest, encode and deployment processes. Established autonomous troubleshooting of reported issues.• Led the charge to create training documents and educate partners in content management tools and processes.
