Models generated 259 gross locations with 55.4 mmboe of resourceOil Sands – Surmont Subsurface Operations• Executed 8 well Surmont delineation core program ensuring all AER requirements met for data collection and submission • Integrated well data to complete core descriptions, depth corrections and sample selection for Surmont Caprock & McMurray core• Executed Surmont 10 delineation well and 8 re-entry well drilling programs, including directing geologic drilling operations for 2 active rigs • Directed particle size analysis project with ConocoPhillips Houston technology group for SAGD well reviewWestern Canada Business Unit – West Clearwater Asset team• Developed detailed facies models and mapping in the Cardium formation in the Sand Creek, Alder, Nordegg and Carnwood areas of Alberta by analyzing and interpreting core and production data, including detailed petrophysical evaluation• Generated 91 Cardium Oil locations with program economics of 29% AARR, NPV10 $70 MM and 15 MMBOE of potential resource• Planned and executed horizontal Cardium Oil well drilling program from September 2014-March 2015, working closely with wellsite geologists, drilling engineers and production operations engineers• Based off detailed facies mapping, 7 Cardium Oil wells drilled in 2014-2015 drilling program have generated 394,000 bbls of oil and 1.83 BCF of gas as of September 2018• Evaluated multiple areas for farm-out, swaps and Independent Operator NoticesExploration – Petrophysics• Generated new petrophysical model for the Nordegg formation across Alberta, including integration of special core analysis, GRI, XRF, XRD and well data. Worked as a Bridge Watchkeeper under training, completed MARS IV certificate and Officer Of the Day qualifications. Performed administrative duties and supervised various departments to perform operations safely. Skills obtained include leading teams in chaotic situations, maritime navigation, ship manoeuvring, ship engineering, fire arms training, damage control and firefighting.
