As a member of the Riley Society team, I played a critical role in developing and executing strategies to forward Riley Society, a giving society at Riley Children's Foundation.

As a Dance Marathon Coordinator for Riley Children's Foundation, it was my responsibility to play a critical role in facilitating, guiding, and stewarding the strategic growth of high school and collegiate student philanthropic engagement with Riley Children’s Foundation through the Dance Marathon program. In my role I ensured that assigned schools were utilizing the dance marathon fundraising model to its fullest potential, helping to directly increase the amount of funds raised in benefit of Riley Hospital for Children.Results Achieved Included- Lead the fundraising strategy, strategic planning, and financial tracking for 18 university and high school dance marathon programs, which collectively raised $1.62 million in the 2017-2018 school year.- Advised Jagathon: IUPUI's Dance Marathon to becoming the fastest growing Dance Marathon in the state of Indiana, more than tripling their fundraising efforts from 2016 ($140,000 raised) to 2018 ($501,000 raised). - Managed the planning and execution of the 2017 Riley Conference (RCON), an annual one day conference held for over 300 high school Dance Marathon student leaders and advisers.- Collaborated internally with annual fund and corporate gift officers to maximize individual and corporate giving within my assigned Dance Marathon programs.

• Assist four full time staff in mentoring, developing and stewarding 97 high school and collegiate philanthropic “dance marathon” initiatives, which raised a collective $5.5 million for Riley Hospital in FY14-15• Conduct benchmark research analyzing nation wide high school and collegiate dance marathon fundraising initiatives in comparison to those occurring in the state of Indiana• Develop and host a webinar presentation detailing the best practices of recruiting students in dance marathon• Form a “Riley U” presentation, given to help develop an organization wide understanding of dance marathon initiatives thus resulting in impactful collaborative relationships amongst Riley Children’s Foundation staff
