The Funding Representative audits and verifies all documents of lease and retail funding packages received from the dealerships. Upon completion the representative generates a payment to the dealership for the vehicle that is now leased or owned by the customer and financed with VW Credit, Inc. This position may also interact with the dealer network, credit department and field staff assisting with questions or inquiries to finance programs, status of funding packages or policies and procedures.

-Provided back-office support to the field through the Merrill Lynch Service Network (MLSN).-Provided both customer service and processing support for branch office associates in ML Branch Offices. Responsible for two main functions -- reviewing and approving account documents via Image Technology (SNAPS) and phone support of the MLSN New Accounts Call Center.- Handled both phone support and tutorial and processing requests related to various New Accounts related issues, as well as Householding, Legal, Retail and Business product support. - Operated in a team environment and responded to service requests from branch office associates through systems such as Bridge, email, and SNAPS imaging. - Maintained department service standards and adhered to the Company regulatory requirements with respect to account and document processing.
