I have grown Cruze Farm's Catering Services from 40 events in 2018 to currently 134 events in 2019. I have created thank you notes, brochures, a pdf guide, held promotional contests with other businesses, and recreated our catering set up and design.

As the General Manager at Cruze Farm at Asbury, I am in charge of store inventory, store ordering, recruiting and training new employees, creating new flavors and menus, donation inquiries, creating partnerships with businesses, coordinating in-store events and tracking sales. I also assist in running the social media account of over 27K instagram followers, coordinating photoshoots for social media use, and creating content for social media accounts.

I worked on the sales department side of Concierge and contacted guests before they arrived on property. As one of the first points of contact for the guest I would aid in plan all meal times, coordinate all spa and recreational activities, manage special requests, and ensure proper execution of requests.

As the Special Events and Family Activities Coordinator I planned and assisted in planning/ coordinating 10 weddings, 2 reunions, 5 bridal showers, 15 birthday parties, 2 children week long camps, and countless business meetings. I also created and distributed BEO's, conducted event followup, sold event space, created menus, inspected proper room set-ups, handled contracts, assisted the General Manager and Event Director, developed newsletters, and created flyers.

Serving up to 300 members and guests per shift, assigning sections to servers, opening and closing the pool grill, taking inventory, and hiring/training 10 new employees at the pool grill. As the receptionist I was the point of contact for all guests for all clubhouse phone calls, dinner reservations, and e-mailing all members of any important updates.
