Managing the day to day operations of FIMC's Collateral Process and responsible for the SLA's of our Warehouse Banks and Note Shipments to Investors. My Team includes Mailroom, Scanning, Vault, Inventory Control, Processing, Indexing, Shipping, Exceptions. Reporting and everything before, after and in between from Closing until the Collateral reaches the Investor for paper and electronic documents.

Director of Operations working directly for the COO at our Satellite office in Dallas. My role in transferring to this office, was establishment, training and handling all of the day to day operations with entry level employees to mirror our Corporate HQ’s for Disaster Recovery.
