Michelle is a Registered Massage Therapist, Fascial Stretch Therapist & Thai Massage Therapist with a Personal Training background specializing in pain management through manually releasing manifestations of chronic stress by restoring the functional mobility of fascia, soft tissue & joints. She designs home-care programs to improve posture, quality of life and athletic performance based on client-centered needs, implementing her 6+ years Yoga & Qi Gong Instructor background & 14+ years of former athletic experience in Gymnastics, Soccer and Track & Field. When she is not treating clients, you will find her Olympic Weightlifting & training MMA.
