Coordinate technical assistance to the unit, advise on all technical matters and provide direction, organizing, controlling, and providing relevant discipline direction.Maintain a continuous technical performance review of operations, control the corrective actions, when deficiencies are identified.Follow up the unit performance and monitoring the process and asset integrity through relevant KPIs.Provide input to the head of departments regarding maintenance strategies, healthcare application, asset integrity and general technical queries.Participate in the acceptance testing, on-site installation, and commissioning.Support and facilitate the audit programs e.g. ANP, IBP, ABS, etc. Coordinate the management of change for the unit addressing the queries, following up the development and ensuring proper implementation.Development of risk analysis, incident investigation leadership, Hazop, What if, Hazid, etc. Provide liaison on all relevant discipline matters with certifying authority, and subcontractors, as necessary, to maintain the certificate of fitness from a technical perspective. Participate and lead actively the development of the regulatory technical plans.Provide the relevant technical inputs to specific repair projects preparation (major repair) and execution as directed by the Operations Manager.Regular offshore visits for technical visits / inspections, to supervise work and provide technical support.
