As the Head of Information Technology & Security, my role is to drive AFRINIC's IT and its team of IT engineers to high efficiencies. Serving as a senior technology leader, I lead AFRINIC's technology strategy, execution, and operations. I am also focused on developing in-house skill sets, managing relationships, defining, scaling, and operating IT-related processes along with project management excellence, risk management and security. While being responsible for AFRINIC's Information Processing, Internet services and Global Infrastructure, I provide company-wide direction in the areas of Information Systems policies and services. Finally, I make sure that AFRINIC has an effective and efficient infrastructure that supports its current operations and future development.

African Internet community-related software design and programming in Java for IPresources allocation.- Technical lead on the design and programming of the WHOIS, a query database (with associated tools) to store the users and assignees of number resources (ipv4 and ipv6 blocks and Autonomous Systems Numbers).- Technical lead on the design and programming of a portal for new members registration.- Technical lead on the design and programming of a secure document management system.- Chair of the Architecture and Standards Committee (ASC), a group of engineers responsible for defining, identifying and specifying standards and best practices for the development projects at AFRINIC.

Financial software design and programming in C/C++ and Java for viewing and reporting modules. Conception and development of an API for business intelligence tools using OLAP hypercubes.- Design and programming of the viewer, a multi-dimensional tool for data viewing and business intelligence. This tool uses the MVC logics and is designed for data viewing and control, allowing the use of large amounts of data with many functions for splitting, slicing, sorting, filtering, formulae computation, data aggregation and selection, etc.- Development of Java APIs to use the viewer as an OLAP hypercube, with dimensions and measures. Collaboration with Bank Of China (BOC) for risk management and limits checking.- Code quality checking and non-regression tracking. Continuous integration.- Development and maintenance of the Datamart/Datawarehouse module of Murex for the reports creation/management (subject of my thesis).- Products lifecycle supervision: defects, bug-tracking, version control.

- Design and development of financial applications for Structis (Bouygues Construction).- Technical lead on the project "ARGENT"​, a special tool designed for Bouygues' bussiness accounting service.- Technical study for the new intranet of the UFC–Que choisir : a comparison between Java/JSP and ASP.NET.- Development of a web application for Promotelec's clients and staff.
