Technical responsabilities:- Technical coordination of PDE's in charge of Automotive glazing design for Daimler account.- Capitalization of know-how and best practices for encaspulated product design.- Organisation and lead of technical workshop with Daimler responsible persons.- Bridge with planning, experts and program management for glass products.- Coaching of new comers, support on technical topics and company practices during learning phase- Design, feasibility assessment & quotation of new products for car manufacturers.- Advises in and development of new product designs in collaboration with Daimler.- Add ons' design and development, including suppliers management.- High complexity assembled components (including overmolded metal and/or plastic parts, adhesion issues, dynamic parts design, ...) in automotive glazing (wind shields, back lights and overmolded lights): design, tolerance and reference studies, and industrialization preparation.Management responsabilities:- In charge of 5 engineers working on parts and modules development for Daimler account and 2 CAD engineers drawing products in various CAD softwares.- Managing trainings and evolution of people I am responsible for.
