- Delivering talent, candidate screening, and IT Sourcing high quality candidates for the following Individual Contributor, Director, Executive Director, VP, EVP, Manager level positions: AI/ML Data Engineering, Digital.
- Analyzing talent trends through market analysis and creative problem solving to educate clients and recruitment teams on timelines, quality of talent, and overall market health to become a trusted partner across teams.
- Established strong communication and collaboration through daily scrum calls with recruitment teams to strategize sourcing, accountability, and delivery.
- Aligning recruiting teams’ expectations, priorities, and overall understanding of open roles including Boolean search criteria and target companies to identify talent.
- Identify and build teams focused on communication and collaboration to hit performance metrics and milestones while providing a positive candidate experience and becoming a trusted partner.
