Current• Partnering with Fortune 100 hiring managers, directors, and VPs to understand business initiatives and hiring goals to ensure proper communication and success upon interviewing and on-boarding of new talent. • Delivering talent, candidate screening, and IT Sourcing high quality candidates for the following Individual Contributor, Director, Executive Director, VP, EVP, Manager level positions: AI/ML Data Engineering, Digital Transformations, Cloud Solutions, Infrastructure Engineering, Cyber Security, Front/Middle/Back Office, Quant, Technical and Operational services. • Analyzing talent trends through market analysis and creative problem solving to educate clients and recruitment teams on timelines, quality of talent, and overall market health to become a trusted partner across teams. • Established strong communication and collaboration through daily scrum calls with recruitment teams to strategize sourcing, accountability, and delivery. • Aligning recruiting teams’ expectations, priorities, and overall understanding of open roles including Boolean search criteria and target companies to identify talent.• Identify and build teams focused on communication and collaboration to hit performance metrics and milestones while providing a positive candidate experience and becoming a trusted partner. • Trained junior recruiters on recruitment process, industry best practices, Boolean searching, and client expectations to efficiently ramp up production. • Integrating and understanding Judge’s comprehensive portfolio of service offerings to provide onshore and offshore consulting service solutions for clients’ complex business initiatives. • Consistently achieve sales and/or recruiting Chairman’s Club expectations.
