As a former Design Director, Studio Leader and Regional Practice Area Leader for Gensler Brand Design, Mick has diverse experience helping clients assess and define their core brand characteristics, develop brand personality, brand voice and promise, and then realize those brand elements through compelling print, retail, exhibit, identity, multimedia and interactive components. Mick's core professional strength lies in the understanding of brand messaging in the built environment and how that is translated to meet the needs for each, individual client and project. Whether the challenge is imparting the story of a company or organization in the built space, or understanding a complex wayfinding system for a campus, Mick utilizes experience, new technologies and materials to effectively deliver great design.
