Took a new position in Customer Service providing support services for a large customer in Bentonville AR. Provided primary support for all Celerra, VNX NAS storage, and PowerPath support along with Connectrix switch support and some Symmetrix support. Provided same for the TOLA Region of EMC Customer Service. Member of the FT. Worth Lockheed Martin Account support team. Recently have returned to Massachusetts area but still providing Support to all EMC customers in TOLA and the Mid- Atlantic areas.

Southboro Ma

Managed the Celerra Engineering R&D lab and also the DVT/QA labs. Lead an eight man team providing support for all Celerra and Symmetrix hardware in the labs along with all tape devices and San Switches both Brocade and Connectrix. Managed 2 major moves of the Celerra Engineering labs all done over the weekends with all systems operational come Monday morning.

Worked with the Engineering Group responsible for designing backup products for our Network attached storage servers and also with our Enterprise Engineering group on a new backup product. Worked with our Engineering group for our Media server products providing support to customer service and doing beta and alpha installations for a new backup product. Became group Leader for the Engineering and DVT/QA labs managing an eight man team.

Product Support Management for our DEC product line. Worked with the remote support team in Hopkinton and the CE's in the field and coordinated the introduction of new products from Engineering into the Service portfolio. Responsible for our IBM AS400 memory line and responsible for managing our End of life process for older product.

Was the first CE for EMC's new Field organization. Moved to Dallas to cover an Area from Texas to Florida and North to the Carolinas and back to Kansas. Did installations of our DEC, Prime, Wang ,HP and IBM memory and disk subsystems

Natick Massachusetts

Primary Test technician for EMC VAX Memory systems. Worked with the design Engineer on our new System 38 IBM memory boards.

LFE was a process control company using Dec PDP Systems to run there process control systems used to measure product in the manufacturing industry. Responsible for all DEC repairs to board level, repaired large monitors and printers used for the systems and the control modules for the measuring system.

We were the largest DEC broker on the East Coast. We re-furbished and repaired all of DEC's CPU's from the PDP line to the VAX line and disk and tape products terminals and printers. Refurbished CDC disk sub-systems for Prime and DEC CPU's

Tested and repaired all boards for Telex Tape drives manufactured in the Tulsa plant.
