• From November 2017 to June 2019 I worked at Jacobs Shire/Takeda (now BMS) Pharmaceuticals Project Dunboyne where my role was Site Security Operations Supervisor. My responsibilities included:
• Leading and Supervising the Physical Security Team and supporting with inductions, Officer training / development and completing site rosters.
• Ensuring Compliance with Client Service Level Agreements and Client rules.
• Proactively developing and Implementing Site Specific SOP’s to establish and maintain a robust Physical Security Posture.
• Representing Synergy Management on site by liaising and communicating effectively with Stakeholders at all levels on Security, Safety and Logistics issues.
• Planning and Coordinating the Security response to incidents that may negatively impact Client Operations or Brand, Employees or Visitors.
