My duties involved sourcing of Architectural and Construction Services, Building Design, Construction Budget, Construction Loan implementation with ultimate transition to Co-Ownership. I also planned and managed the electrical, IT, Security systems installation via our own installers from JUS-COM, our sister company.

Oversight of all aspects of the corporation to include but is not limited to:* Corporate Vision and Culture, Growth Planning, Employee Development.* RFP / RFQ Development, Submission and Implementation of Contracts with Suppliers/Customers* Budget initial creation, execution and reporting to BOD* HR structure creation & Manpower planning (42 employees at peak)* Corporate policy manuals and Employee Handbook (creator/editor)* Engineering Services Development and * Inventory Control creation and Warehousing format evolution* I.T. and Software Development to include data services to core customers* Facilities Planning & Building Project Management * Assets Management* Installation Planning-Execution* Quality Control and TL9000 Certification (Equivalent to ISO 9001:2008)* Direct face-to-face communication with all employees i.e. Insurance, Bonuses, Discipline, etc.* Direct Communication with customer Senior Managers, Engineers, and Technicians* Communications and reporting to Board of Directors and Shareholders.I must stipulate that the first two years of work entailed direct hands-on work with each department and nearly every employee to acquire an intimate understanding of the operation from walk-thru to Purchasing/Inventory/Warehousing to the Planning, Delivery and Installation processes. I continued to use this mode to evaluate employee performance and engineering specification accuracy and overall environment safety standards.

Planning for C-Check maintenance activities for the 727 fleet at the IAA Mx Hub. Balances and plans for the necessity to keep aircraft flying while complying with written Maintenance Program requirements for timely inspection and repair of commercial aircraft. Required ongoing awareness of Time/Cycle controlled components due R&R, Overhaul, Inspection, Service Bulletins or Airworthiness Directives. Also responsible for the compilation and presentatoin of check packages to include their underlying budget requirements to the VP of Mx. and Engineering

Oversight of operations involving Turbine Engine removal/replacement, Inspection coordination/evaluation, Dis-assembly, Repair, Assembly, Installation and On-Wing Test. Provided world-wide troubleshooting assistance to Mx. Control or directly to remote ramp technician: to include travel to remote airports for the purpose of engine troubleshooting, repair, R&R and aircraft ferry flight assistance for return to IAA.
