Attaining this position was, and is, highly beneficial to my work experience. I certainly gained a large amount of knowledge, and first-hand experience, helping customers over the phone in whichever fashion needed; answering a variety of questions, aiding the customer in a purchase, walking through technical aspects of the wet ‘n’ wild website, which can be confusing for some. Obtaining this experience enhanced my patience when solving issues, and the necessary confidence to handle any dilemma. These qualifications formed a solid foundation of ability for me to move forward with.

Working for McDonald’s has been an extremely eye-opening experience of the service industry, and the diversity of its customers. It has trained me aiding any section of the array of customers that come through our drive through every day. Another very key skill I have obtained is being able to cope with an extremely busy or hectic work environment. I actually spent most of my time working the overnight shift, which taught me a lot about a variety of things. Such as being able to delegate when needed, handling multiple positions at once, and of course, deep cleaning. McDonald’s has been beneficial in shaping me as a worker who can easily morph to any kind of work environment and jump right in to help in any and every way I can.
