 Reporting to GM  Supervise: 2 staff Develop and refine TW office Quality department duty and ability Potential and active supplier control and audit to achieve quality & delivery requirement. Final decision regarding quality of product Utilizes 3rd party inspection capacity and capability.Achievements: Establish short-term to mid-term department goal road map  Establish current active supplier capacity and capability cross table to renew outdated SAP system data. Decrease inspection cost from 3rd party lab from 8000 EUR/month to 3000 EUR/month by category purchasing part class and necessary from supplier performance. Establish ability matrix for quality department and mid to long term plan.
