• Coordinate academic year and summer enrichment program and activities for 340 middle and high school students.
• Supervise a support staff of 18 college students and 15 program instructors.

• Coordinated and collaborated with a diverse team of 12 Corps Members and school administrators to design the curriculum for our after school programming for 40 6th-8th grade students
• Enhanced the academic performance of eight at-risk students by providing one-on-one weekly tutoring in English Language Arts and Math
• Improved the attendance of five 8th grade students and coached them on the importance of being in school every day
• Mentored five 7th grade students through life skills coaching over the course of 20 weeks

- Served as a mentor and a role model for students in the pre-college enrichment program - Assisted staff with the supervision and execution of academic and recreational schedule throughout the summer- Directly responsible for the success of an academic cohort of eleven high school freshmen in Algebra and English- Worked with two other mentors to supervise.
