• Using Solidworks and Key Creator (Cadkey), design, procure, and maintain patented and proprietary designs for specialized enclosures used on integrated stepping motor drives, with an emphasis on miniaturization.
• Extensive use of rapid prototyping, both SLA and FDM devices to verify new concept designs.
• Development of an “extended” integrated drive enclosure for a new customer interface, designed to fit existing motor without modification and without a significant envelope size increase.

• Created and revised numerous production tool designs to expedite production of difficult assemblies.
• Transition of CAD software from Cadkey to Solidworks, working closely with Production Engineering and Quality to support this effort.
