GlowPay provides a unique employee wellbeing benefit for employers to offer their staff, aimed at reducing financial stress.Our innovative solution allows employees to manage health and wellbeing related expenses through manageable repayment plans. As the Head of Analytics reporting to the CEO, I drove a range of strategic and operational initiatives to propel the debt purchase, contingent collections, and consumer credit businesses in Australia and the debt purchase business in the USA. From strategy development, through end-to-end execution, to reporting results and making recommendations, my team collaborated with all areas of the business to improve performance.Key Achievements:◆ Achieved return on equity in excess of 20% per annum, profit growth over 10% per annum, and share price growth of over 800%, with performance publicly attributed to strong analytics combined with tight integration with operations.◆ Launched a consumer lending business from scratch, creating and deploying marketing, credit scoring, and optimal workflow models and process automations.◆ Designed and executed acquisition marketing strategies for both paid digital marketing and broadcast media.◆ Grew team from 2 to 16 analysts, actuaries, and engineers working on strategic projects across the company.◆ Defined metrics and deployed dashboards to measure and visualise all aspects of the business, identifying key drivers for improvement then using OKRs to execute.
