My role as Senior Account Manager at Coniq included managing the largest clients, helping them formulate and push out successful marketing campaigns and projects.Coniq provides a revolutionary new SaaS marketing platform to the Retail, Shopping Centre and Hospitality sectors. It closes the loop of traditional marketing, by unifying online, offline, mobile and social channels into one single hub. Coniq's innovative platform allows marketers to communicate, track and measure their marketing campaigns, from customer's first click, all the way through to their final on-site purchase. This allows marketers to personalise their campaigns, through the right channel, at the right time, with the right message.Responsibilities: managing a portfolio of 50 clients including some of the largest accounts; driving smooth on-boarding process and providing full training for the clients; developing and maintaining strong long-term client relationships; serve as a trusted advisor and product expert by acting in a consultative role for clients and prospects; ensuring clients are maximising the use of the software and achieving success; working with clients to formulate and push out successful and innovative marketing campaigns, loyalty programs and various projects; co-ordinating and collaborating with other internal teams including sales, technical, design, marketing, to ensure growth and customer satisfaction; identifying upselling opportunities and growing revenue through upselling additional products and services; preparing and presenting insights to clients on their performance and consulting them on how to improve over time; negotiating contract renewals.Accounts included: Time Out, Value Retail, London Clubs International, Heart of London BID, The Hippodrome, Victoria BID, Croydon BID, Cheapside Initiative, Byron Hamburgers, Bill's Restaurants, Poncho 8, and many more.
