My love for architecture inspired me to pursue a career in the construction industry. I am an innovative, adaptive, constantly developing residential/commercial estimator, draftsman, designer, construction project manager. In my time at Hiram Builders I had the opportunity to work on a variety of construction projects, residential and commercial. My experiences with those projects allowed me to hone my program skills in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam Revu, and Photoshop. Some of my responsibilities at the company included supervising job sites, conducting and assisting with construction meetings, design development, material purchasing and estimating, permit procurement, maintaining project documents, and OSHA compliance monitoring. My time at the company allowed me to develop experienced in project and schedule development to direct and manage staff members and contractors with the ultimate goal of delivering the best quality work, increasing client satisfaction, and retaining customers for future projects.
