Concurrenbtly serve as the Warehouse Supervisor for seasonings, packaging, and maintenance items for the processing plant. Oversee all evaluation methods for performance, schedules, staffing deployment, job alignment, processed, tooling, capital, and product attributes and standardization to drive improvements in plant productivity and efficiency performance. Evaluate and recommend plans and ideas of the supervisory group to meet manufacturing objectives and operating plans. Participate in continuous improvement meetings with Operations Supervisors, Manufacturing Engineers, Quality Engineers, Planners and associate team members. Coordinate with supervisors to promote and drive a higher level of employee engagement and work to facilitate effective employee communications; includes daily meetings, monthly and special communications meetings, and performance evaluation discussions. Assist Supervisors and others in resolving production problems, as well as problems involving materials, machinery, processes, and personnel discipline. Establish standards of workmanship to meet product quality requirements and follow up with frequent checks of work in process and finished units. Work with Quality Assurance and Engineering to resolve cause and resolution of non-conformance products and failed units or components. Manage the implementation of performance management systems for efficiency, control cost, growth accommodation, and performance goals, which has led to the maintenance of management-controlled Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) on the positive side of the spectrum.

Held full P&L responsibility for the strategic planning, development, and operations management for this general contractor providing window, siding, and carport building projects in the El Paso region and southern New Mexico area; led and transitioned this venture from concept through feasibility analysis, research, budget planning, and development to a full-scale operation.  Prepared all prospective bids and proposals for all new and existing projects; identified project needs, cost justifications, and effectively carried out all stages of planning and implementation, including the scheduling, receiving, and delivery of services.  Concurrently managed all aspects of over 20 simple to complex construction projects annually, from conception through final completion, ensuring that the goals of project planning, budgets, scheduling, and construction were met within prescribed time frames and funding. Oversaw the entire scope including schedule development, construction administration support functions, change proposals, outline compliance issues, and managed phases of work.  Supervised and managed all aspects of supply management, inventory control, and order fulfillment operations for parts, supplies, and equipment for all projects to establish and maintain operational readiness; prepared and approved all cost estimates and maintained accurate records for each project.  Coordinated all financial and general accounting functions for the organization, handling all accounting procedures, accounts payables/receivables, cash flow statements, taxes, payroll, and related administrative management to include records management and reporting of organizational statistics.
