I am a sales and service professional with a proven track record of exceeding customer expectations. I am currently ending a sabbatical where I was able to connect with family members I have not seen since childhood and travel to countries where I have only dreamed of experiencing firsthand and through books. After this professional break I have ventured into a journey in my own entrepreneurial pursuit. In an ideal world, I yearn for a career that allows for travel and personal growth to continue, the goal is to intertwine my duties and goals with my own personal aspirations. Leading up to my travels, I was a Branch Manager for Enterprise Holdings in the Enterprise Rent-A-Car division. There I was able to immensely develop my professional business acumen as well as my business management skills by excelling in their Management Trainee program and by executing as one of their top business leaders in the Colorado Group. One of the legacies I felt most proud of, was my ability to consistently help my teams raise customer service levels by 20 percentage points at each of my last two branches, as well as maintaining perfect employee retention as the manager of both stores. That demonstrated to me that our customers and our employees were taken care of, which I believe are the main facets of a healthy business. Once I paired those aspects of the business with a strong sales culture, I had the formula needed to consistently rise to the top as a leader in the company. Now I seek to implement all of these elements into my own business and help foster its healthy growth for years to follow!My time at Enterprise was truly a great experience and they were an amazing company to work for. I have a wide variety of mentors and people I still highly esteem at the company, but I needed to take time to hone in on my future goals. I desire to enter a new field of business that is able to provide me with new opportunities to grow and new places to explore. I am confident of my ability to build relationships with all clients and help inspire a culture of accountability, hard work and fun!
