Main Roles included:- "Data Procurement" for the Digital Products in the Enterprise- Product Owner for an executive metrics BI project- Scrum Master for the Digital Products Meta-Scrum team - Product Owner for the first SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) Team in Enterprise Solutions - BI Technologies Migration Manager for the Digital Products. A massive migration that included the implementation of DevOps, from on-premise to Cloud Services, and a change from a BI Technology to Another. 80+ Dashboards and related pipelines owner by multiple teams were part of the migration. Timeline was 6 months!.

Responsible for the Operational Planning data platform and ETL process. My focus is on Reliability and Innovation.

Department: Analytics and Digital Solutions (ADS)Lead the design of the data marts (analytical models) that would enable the data integrations required by the SOP process. The warehouse's model must also serve the Analytics BI system requirements. I had the opportunity to learn from senior Data Modelers and Architects.

Department: IT Transformation - Sales & Operational PlanningOur team designed the SOP Process (workflow) for the organization. From the capture of a new customer activity, to the creation of a supply plan to meet the demand. My focus was on the Demand part of the process. In this role, I had the opportunity to interface with all the segments in Schlumberger at HQ level, in order to understand their current SOP processes and gather requirements for the new way of working.

Leading the Measurements Instructors Team in the delivery of the measurements training material and working along the Training Manager to meet the center’s objectives . I am also delivering the Advanced Measurements Interpretation course with a strong focus on Data Quality Control, Logging, and Drilling Optimization. In this role, I have the privilege to work with very intelligent people in this dynamic industry. Every day, I get to learn something new from our unique young work force that provides our services in the field. This platform allows me to take the opportunity to pass on personal experiences and advice to these field engineers, to lead them on the right path to success, and motivate them on their challenging and important job.Activities:• Managing a diverse team of outstanding instructors• Planning the measurement courses schedule during the year • Delivery of the following training seminars:+Advance LWD Measurements Interpretation for Senior Field Engineers (LWD and FPWD Measurements, Drilling Mechanics)+Technical Presentations to Oil and Gas Companies visiting the SLB Training CenterAchievements:• Project Manager in the design, testing and implementation of a standalone software application that serves as an organized smart directory to training and field references. • Introduced the use of SharePoint sites to create and manage discussion boards for training courses.• Managed our team in the development of diverse multimedia training material and the implementation of several valuable LEAN projects.• Contributed to several innovative local and global safety campaigns empowering employees around the world to stop or intervene when facing or recognizing an unsafe operation. These campaigns have resulted in a positive measurable impact in the company.

The success of the initiative was adopted by other segments within the company. • Revamped the 9 week ENG1 entry level course (material, schedule, grading, documentation)• Contributed to several LEAN initiatives for the training center facilities

InTouch Engineer for the following helpdesks, supporting global LWD operations: Formation Pressure While Drilling, LWD, and Radiation.This role involved my development in knowledge management, documents control, advanced troubleshooting, and failure analysis. What is InTouch in Schlumberger:"InTouch is the interface that connects technology centers and the wellsite for problem-solving and information transfer, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Employees can access a knowledge repository to seek existing solutions or interact with an InTouch engineer to develop an appropriate solution." [...]"InTouch engineers then close the loop by identifying the root-causes of problems, why users required their support, and appropriate corrective actions, such as equipment and manufacturing improvements, software enhancements, documentation revisions and on-line training updates.
