❖ Dobson Project• Duties consist of designing FFTH, creating Aerial PSO/OGE permit designs for the cities of Elk City, McAlester Oklahoma, and Fort Smith Arkansas. Also worked on UG designs and updated our internal Arc GIS web app server with fiber, conduit size, drops, splice and tail information. Once approved I then created IFC/RTC design for our construction team. Currently working on As-Built close outs❖ Verizon Chicago Project• Job duties consists of designing Layout permits, updating Verizon’s 3GIS system with the conduit and fiber information, creating as-builts and conducting a financial validation process. The financial Validation process consist of creating accurate reports of the exact amount of cable and fiber placed on the field for billing purposes. As-built designs consist of gathering the information from construction and updating the original layout design to help depict the actual location of the cable placement for company and jurisdictional records. Trained junior designers on OSP design standards, AutoCAD, and internal Quick Base tracking. Provided technical support to junior designers, providing detailed feedback. Maintained organization of project drawing files, records, and documentation while keeping company database current. QC all Vendors As-Built Designs, and all documentation before uploading to Verizon's CoFFEE portal.

Data Entry to Electronic Medical Record website MD Synergy, file documents and charts. Assist Optometrist by taking in patients checking their visual acuity, medical history and chief complaints. Take pictures with an Orbscan, Topography, and WaveFront machines to determine if patients are available to get Lasik surgery, and take a Visual Field and a autorefractor as needed. I would also assist Optometrist with Spanish translation as needed. Most important part of my job, was to go over the different types of Lasik Procedure we offered and what the Doctor recommended for the best result; make patients understand the type of procedure they are getting, and feel more comfortable to get procedure done.
