Current- Own the end-to-end relationship as a business consultant with a 360-degree exposure to all areas of the ticketing industry with some of the biggest accounts at DICE in Europe and the UK. TCV €130M.- Creator of sales strategies. - Management and coordination to solve any technical issues related to integrations. - Advisor in potential brand partnerships & ticketing strategy. Communications, promotions and crisis management stakeholder. - Identify and cultivate potential opportunities for the clients, set proper expectations, and build strong communication channels within the teams.- People Management associate : Conducted 6 interviews to potential candidates to other roles in DICE. - - Direct contact with the product team, supervising and coordinating the release of new features in DICE applicable to our main clients. - Helping product to evaluate which features to prioritise depending on the impact in our pipeline of net revenue. - Conducting in-depth business reviews aimed at improving client performance. - Management of social media presence on DICE to promote partners in my portfolio. - Coordination and management of CRM promotions.
