Salesforce database (cloud-based HRM system) and customer management;Recruiting candidates for technical department and maintaining a good relationship with candidates and clients for future cooperation;Writing ads for different job portals and publish them when is needed;Screening CV's, selecting the most suitable ones, contacting candidates and checking their interest, availability and matching their profiles to clients needs;Making sure that every candidate is leaving the country in order to work for Covebo in the Netherlands, according to the Romanian legislation;Assist the candidates regarding the transport to Netherlands;Support for new colleagues regarding their task and making their induction easier.

Providing technical support for operational services (processing and record keeping, other logisticsservices),Administration of assets under management (launching orders for supply in SAP 760, ensuring the maintenance of inventory items and fixed assets distributed in SAP).Request for offers from various suppliers (Romanian / foreign), comparison between offers, choosing the most suitable offer according to requests.
