The five-star hotel consists of 800 rooms and twenty restaurants and bars, including six specialty restaurants. A five-storeyed shopping mall connected to the hotel, awarded a fixed-price contract for scope, including all plumbing and HVAC.- Managed MEP procurement and supply chain contracts, coordinated with international vendors, utilized Aconex for project management, managed sub-contractors, measured site progress, prepared interim payments and change orders, obtained government approvals, and conducted in-depth financial analysis for cost control and project monitoring.
