We engage our customers with proactive value-added service as we continue to expand our solutions and our footprint in the industry, My goal is to develop a trusted advisor relationship and serve as an advocate for the customer in delivering and driving industry best practices. The evolution of Ultimate's products and platform functionality are integral to the customer's success and we work to make sure the customer is leveraging their solutions to achieve optimal results.

The role of Executive Benefits Director consisted of:- Providing internal relationship management expertise to established clients and brokers- Overseeing an established book of business of approximately 1,000 or more plans approximately $6 billion in assets- Being responsible for client retention and growth of our existing plans.- Being responsible for relationships with clients and brokers including but not limited to plan education, plan review and design, fund performance review, plan pricing and re-pricing, plan efficiency and product support, and other strategic support as necessary.

As the Senior Marketing Specialist, my responsibilities included:- Designed all marketing requests and created a nonqualified product website for internal and external parties- Managed and created presentations for seminars, conferences, and internal meetings- Set up a suite of marketing materials for the sale of new product lines within the retirement arena- Managed the purchasing of all promotional merchandise for various lines of business

As an Account Manager with the Executive Benefits Markets, my responsibilities included:- Being effective in the sales and support of the Great-West Executive Bonus product- Generating sales by creating marketing materials to help boost the sales of the executive retirement plans- Managing executive benefit plans for high net worth clients to provide asset protection for retirement
