As a Research Associate at UNICEF Lucknow, I contribute to the organisation's mission of advancing the rights and well-being of children and adolescents in the country. I conduct research on various topics related to child protection, education, health, and gender, and produce reports, articles, and presentations to inform policy and advocacy. I also support the coordination and communication of the research team and collaborate with other UNICEF departments and external partners. Before joining UNICEF, I completed my Bachelor of Laws degree from Amity Law School, where I gained a strong foundation in legal theory and practice. I also pursued several internships with prominent lawyers and law firms, where I honed my skills in legal research, drafting, and analysis. Additionally, I obtained multiple certifications in article writing, Canva, and Excel, which enhanced my ability to create engaging and effective content and visuals.I am passionate about using my legal and research skills to make a positive impact on the lives of children and adolescents, especially those who are marginalized and vulnerable. I am eager to learn from diverse perspectives and experiences, and to apply my knowledge and competencies to address the complex and evolving challenges facing the child rights sector.
