Summary of Management ExperienceI’ve managed in various capacities in my professional life. While working in a wiring panel shop as a Production Lead training others and being accountable for the quality of team’s work. I managed 9 – 12 installation technicians for NIC installs when most computers didn’t come with one by default, for Charter cable modem installations. I did shift scheduling and providing level 2 support as well. When I was at the University Book Store, I supervised the Web Designer, and two parttime staff members. The devices I have deployed, and or, maintained have been from Cisco, Fortinet, HP, Motorola, and Ubiquiti. Systems AdministrationSince 1999 I have worked on Windows® servers, from NT 4 to Server 2019, configuring services, such as, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, File and Print Server, Terminal Server, and WSUS. My desktop experience goes back to Windows for Workgroups 3.11 and Mac OS 9. I have worked with Linux as an Active Directory member, and authenticating users through AD. I spent most of my systems administration work with VMWare machines after 2010.
