“Farmed out” to support Shell Iraq Petroleum Development to execute various Tender Exercises from strategy to award (Rigs; Well Services and Wells Installed Equipment)

- Regional Category Focal Point for Wells Installed Equipment (Europe)- Executing tenders from strategy to award; single source negotiations; localizing Global Frameworks - Implementing new long term OA’s as outcome from the above- Lead Post Award Contract Management with strong emphasis on: performance improvement; identifying and stopping value leakage; optimization - Rightsizing inventory levels for Critical Equipment and implemented procurement strategies and tools for replenishment

- Focal point between Wells Business and CP, part of the Wells team- As part of the startup team of a new Drilling campaign, responsible for setting up; RtP and Materials Management organization and processes; assuring contract compliance and coverage for the said campaign (SAP, Invoice control, etc.). - Post start-up acting as the “in-house” Contract and Commercial advisor for the Drill Team- Post Award Contract Management for the wells portfolio; minimizing value leakages through Contract compliance(discipline); document control; and planning and purchasing - Driving a one team approach between CP; Logistic and Wells Teams

- Managing a portfolio of 50+ contracts supporting the North Sea Production, ranging from rotating equipment to laboratory and testing services - Contract drafting and negotiation of commercial and contractual negotiations- Executing tenders (from strategy to award) and single source negotiations - Post Award Contract Management; developing; pursuing and implementing improvement opportunities in order to reduce cost and increase value.

- Selling Polyolefin for Customers across Europe by managing the back-office for the field sales reps.- E2E process from order entry; follow-up with plant; logistics to delivery at Customer and final invoicing- Preparing monthly sales allocations and managing it through the month
