    Part time job where we developed a concept to learn an ABB robot to mimic a humans movement and manipulation of objects. The concept is called learn by demonstration which means that the robot should mimic movements made by an operator.Linux with ROS (robot operating system) was used to build the software application. To capture the movement of the operator a camera with stereoscopic vision was used. The system was tested on an IRB140 ABB robot.

    Thesis work were we developed a new type of tactile sensor for the industry. Project included design and implementation of a complete system with the sensor integrated. The sensor itself was a piezoelectric element which was used to detect vibrations between two materials sliding against each other. Signal processing with the sensor was made using DFT for frequency analysis using various software tools. Several median filters was applied to the signal from the sensor.A signal board was designed to convert between different voltage levels within the system. The board also contained an ADC to convert the analog signal from the sensors to an FPGA circuit which was used for all logical calculations and decision-making in the system.
