I worked as a mentor, manager, technical/business/product architect, and developer.I gained experience across multiple industries including retail energy, healthcare, construction, oil and gas, news media, and education.I spent time working in Industrial IoT, analytics, custom systems development, blockchain, pricing, and program management.Had the opportunity to participate in, lead, initiate, and design internal initiatives oriented towards improving delivery excellence, employee engagement, mentoring/reverse mentoring, recruiting, and more!

I've enjoyed the vast range of experience I have been able to gain in working at our Data Center. In my time working for BYU's Office of IT I have worked as a Network Analyst, Student Supervisor, Linux Trainer, Dev Team Member, Dev Team Lead, and Problem Coordinator for the Problem Management Team. I've had the opportunity to monitor thousands of servers in a variety of environments; create and manage databases and web servers; write Sys Admin and backups scripts; work to assess root causes and develop solutions for campus-wide problems; and work with a great group of motivated and fun-loving people.
