• Supervise a remote research field staff team implementing client-centered case management for people who inject drugs focused on addressing the social determinants of health and harm reduction in both rural and urban settings utilizing networks of intentionally built partnerships with localized community resource providers• Support multiple collaborative, interdisciplinary research teams comprised of university-based investigators, subject matter experts, clinical and social service providers, and field-based HIV prevention professionals• Establish and support efficient operational processes and project management systems with direct input from field staff, researchers, and partners at all levels of the statewide public health system• Lead multiple concurrent research projects across ten offices including staff training, implementation of surveys, assessments, interviews, and infectious disease testing, while ensuring accurate and effective data collection and management with appropriate privacy and confidentiality protections• Manage budgets, project plans, deliverables, and day-to-day operational needs of remote staff and offices• Mentor and precept MPH and BSPH students during experiential learning placements• Facilitate communication of outcomes, participant stories, and project updates with partners, the widerorganization, and the community through research and programmatic reports, presentations, and manuscripts
