Facilitating the weekly Student Government senate meetings as Chief Operating Officer, I was trained in Sturgis Parliamentary Procedure. I oversaw the office administration for our Student Government and filled in where the President needed assistance.Other duties were:- Representing 17,000 students at the Administrative and Legislative levels.- Filled in for the president when they were not present.- Sitting on external meetings to represent the student's voice.- Fulfilled Treasure duties, managing payroll for the Senate.

I was a point person for incoming freshmen and aided in building strong relationships with residents in my wing and throughout the resident hall. I helped with conflict resolution, room changes, medical emergencies, and personal and academic issues. My main goal was to support students in becoming involved and maintaining a healthy lifestyle on campus. I was responsible for representing and implementing the platform of the 501 c3 non-profit for student advocacy on my university's campus. The organization's mission aims to educate, engage, and organize students in advocacy efforts to increase awareness of state and federal governing of student interests. I taught kids, from 3 months old to high school, swimming. Lessons were proficient in technique and survival skills. Our mission is to have effective and high-energy swim lessons. We want the kids to get the most out of their swim lessons while making sure they leave having fun and loving swimming.Other duties included:- Running the front desk, welcoming families, signing up kids for lessons, and resolving issues that arose- Scheduling birthday events, setting up for them, and lifeguarding during the pool time- Helping with summer coaching camps for older high school swimmers
