The project also included the definition of related processes.-leadership and participation in talent improvement projects at Nokia Services Architect and Nokia Design.-Participation in the creation and definition of the SW Engineering Growth Path. This project visualized development opportunities and defined roles globally.Nokia Corporate Development Office: HRD Manager from 1 July 2008 to 30 July 2008.
