With several years of experience in leadership roles, I have developed strong communication skills, and I am confident in my ability to effectively direct large-scale teams.In my current position as an Adventure Director, I'm responsible for overseeing multiple teams of employees and coordinating their critical safety training to successfully execute on guest ziplining experiences at our multi-million dollar attraction. I've led the coordination and training efforts for these teams, ensuring that they remain organized and focused throughout their work, and communicate effectively with each other and with our guests.I have been trusted with executing several different management needs throughout the park on numerous occasions and am relied on for not only my teams and guests needs, but my organization's needs as well. Resulting in my assistance with chairlift evacuation training for 300+ staff members and facilitating general management positions outside of my own at times as well. My experience has given me an appreciation for the importance of communication, organization, and training in a management role. I have developed a strong ability to work within complex organizational structures, adapting quickly to new situations and environments, and developing and implementing strategies that can guide my team to success.
