My adventure into the world of franchising has been full of learning and growth, starting right after college. I kicked off my career with Philip Morris Companies, where I sharpened my skills in sales from 1985 to 1991. The dream of owning my own business always lingered in the back of my mind, and by 1993, I made that dream a reality by opening my first convenience store. This step was just the beginning, leading me to own multiple Subway locations. However, as the Subway market became saturated, I began looking for new ventures.In 2010, I discovered Marco’s Pizza and quickly realized the potential in an underserved market. I started with no stores in the Dallas Fort Worth area and, through dedication and a keen focus on quality and customer service, grew to manage 28 thriving locations. In Oklahoma City, I oversee 22 locations, where we prioritize detailed, customer-focused service—key components that I believe are essential in the competitive pizza industry.In addition to managing stores, I also focus on mentoring new entrepreneurs and guiding them through the intricacies of starting and running a successful franchise. I have a special place in my heart for those who are building their businesses from the ground up, believing strongly that their unique drive and resilience lead to remarkable success.Moreover, I am actively involved in community service and encourage our franchises to give back to the communities we serve.
