- Manage Highway Dept, Public Grounds Dept, Engineering, Fleet Garage, Tree Warden, & Water Control District (sanitary and water supply), with a total staff over 40.- Prepare and administer Capital and Operating Budgets- Input project and equipment projections into the short and longer term CIP- Manage bridge/dam/drainage/roadway rehab or replacement projects- Assist Water Control Manager with sanitary and water supply capital projects and O & M strategy- Work closely with the Town Manager and Corporation Counsel on related Town contracts and claims- Administer grants through the Federal Local Bridge Program, LOTCIP, NFWF, DMHAS, & STEAP- Act as Staff Liaison for the Town Public Building Commission, and assist on School, Police Dept, and other Town building projects- Review project applications in coordination with the Planning & Zoning Commission, Zoning Board of Appeals, Inland Wetlands Commission, and Building Department - Periodically act as Temporary Town Manager, when needed- Work closely with Economic Development staff on grant applications and managing ongoing redevelopment projects

• Completed over 70 Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs). • Supervised up to seven environmental analysts throughout the United States. • Completed Phase II ESAs and site remediation projects.

• Directed field and lab operations, business development, and accounts for Boston office.• Designed abatement specifications; administered contracts; completed third party and OSHA monitoring, asbestos surveys, air sample analysis (PCM), and indoor air quality surveys.
