I’m especially energized when working in and leading a purpose-driven team of diverse individuals. I love the psychology of team-based performance, culture, and fostering a growth mindset. My inspiration is my wife who advocates for the disadvantaged, sister who was awarded FIFA Player of the 20th Century (along with Pele), my Mother who was one of the first female Firefighters in Washington State, and my Father who counseled at-risk-youth.
