Planned and executed logistics for the day to day operations of the building. I oversaw the complete ice maintenance of our ice rink which included data collecting of game day ice logs, ice depths, and flood/changeover schedules, glass buffing as well as checklists. (changeover, game day, dark day). I was a point of contact for operational needs of the Hartford WolfPack (AHL). Proficient with ADP E-Time payroll and oversaw the scheduling of up to 75 Facility Workers at a time.

Performed move-out and move-in of operations equipment for the 2014 NHL Entry Draft. Supervise teamsters and perform tasks during events.Answer all Operations radio calls during events and distribute calls to proper trades.

Supervised event changeovers and answered radio calls during events. Created an organizational chart for the move out of building equipment to accommodate for the NCAA Men's Division I ice hockey championships.
