Planning & Coordination of the client migration activity for the ICB Ringfencing programme.

• Supporting the Relationship Management team by delivering Credit Stewardship, Delivery and Fulfillment activity, as well as managing the effective risk of a specified portfolio of clients.• Management of the end to end lending process including contribution towards credit writing and risk modelling.• Monitoring of Management and Financial information, covenants, account behaviour and trend analysis.• Working with stakeholders to build and strengthen customer relationships.• Responsibility for implementing and managing the records management system with the team.

● Managing and developing relationships with Special Needs and Mainstream schools across the Merseyside area.● Proactively marketing job vacancies and prospective candidates, ensuring the material was tailored specifically for the target audience.● Managing personal performance against stretching income targets by generating sales leads and converting them into new business.● Ensure all compliance requirements were adhered to in line with company policy and Government legislation. ● Developing and managing the relationships with all prospective and existing candidates and to ensure both their own and the clients satisfaction.

● Providing support to the Relationship Directors of two portfolios consisting of over 80 corporate businesses with turnover between £25m and £300m, whilst meeting credit stewardship minimum standards.● Delivered outstanding customer service by working in partnership with the senior management teams of the businesses to help them deliver their goals and plans for the short and medium term.● Assisting the directors with driving forward business development strategies to win new business from both the existing and prospective client base.● Analysis of financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.● Ownership of lending process including excess management, limit renewals, lending and security documentation and new lending fulfilment.● Understand and comply with Conduct risk requirements to meet policies and expectations of regulators.● Building a solid and dependable external network of clients, prospective clients, professionals, introducers and business associates.● Organising and attending client meetings and producing 'pitch documents' and presentations to suit, as well as, co-ordinating the marketing activity for the office.
