Innovations Currently under development During my years with Fresenius, I was instrumental but certainly not alone in developing:ITAS- Integrated Therapy Anemia Systems. Creation of a digital twin avatar using physiological mathematical models of patients to create a more precise digital tool that personalizes the ESA dose for each patient. In a randomized controlled study, this technology improved ESA efficiency by 25% and the patient’s time in range by over 40% compared to the control arm. Adaptive UF- Received a 21st-century designation breakthrough status with the FDA for a class closed loop Ultrafiltration control dialysis machine that regulates the patient’s key biomarkers like percent change in blood volume to tailor the therapy more effectively in real-time to deliver better precision in the treatment. It is improving mortality and reducing hospitalizations. HEHO- I created a value-selling tool using health economics and health outcomes.Practical, hands-on experience with product launches. I have lobbied in Washington DC to Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) for Conditions of Coverage programs and payment for performance plans. Excellent record of managing operational costs and CAPEX budgeting. I have demonstrated a successful track record of leading projects that require cross-functional teams with R&D/ Regulatory/ Quality/ Marketing/ Manufacturing—initiated a line of complementary accessory products to complete a fluid management eco-system for patient care. Products included segmental bio-impedance and resistivity monitoring for extracellular and intracellular fluid intelligence.
