Auditing demands for reasonable Loss of Use, Diminished Value, and Administrative Fees on rental vehicle damage claims. Reviewed total loss demands for Actual Cash Value (ACV) based on market search and/or N.A.D.A. valuations provided, title fees, vehicle condition adjustments, and correct taxes paid by carriers.

Coverage territory included southern and central NH from the MA state line north to the Lakes Region, west to VT and east to the ME state lines.
