30 years in the FCT Program. I managed ATC Tower to ISO 9000 standards. My control tower received no discrepancies during internal and external full facility audits between 2008-2021. The tower also received no discrepancies during FAA audits during my tenure as Manager. I assisted in developing organizational procedures, order templates and the OJT training program to meet iSO standards within the organization. Completed the FAA safety Risk Management course and implemented the SMS procedures at the facility. I participated in multiple new tower projects and assisted in completing the requirements for those facilities to be commissioned into the ATC system. I also assisted the managers at newly commissioned facilities to help get the facility to company ISO standards. I was manager at multiple facilities at one time in 2013 during the sequestration. During this time I managed 2 facilities while maintaining ISO standards and was assisting two other newly commissioned towers get their procedures and orders to standard ahead of their initial external ISO audits. I assisted and mentored numerous new managers throughout the company as they learned to manage their facilities to standard. I have supported many types of special events as a manager and controller over the years. I have participated in Superbowl planning committees and helped develop procedures for local airshow events. I developed the risk management plan for the St. Petersburg Grand Prix that is still currently used each year. I am knowledgeable of FAA reporting requirements and procedures and I am proficient with FAA systems used to meet those requirements.
